SWEET HEART SALAD
Makes 4-5 servings
Parva

Head Romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup pineapple, fresh, chopped
? cup chopped dried apricots
? cup dried cranberries
? cup toasted almonds
1 green apple
Dressing
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons of oil
? teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
a large bowl, combine lettuce, pineapple, apricots, blueberries, and almonds.
2 Combine the sauce ingredients.
3 Just before serving, slice and core apples, peeled, the inclusion of mixed salad and sauce

CITRUS SEA BASS
makes 6-8 servings
Parvez
6 slices of big bass
? cup lemon juice
Pinch salt and pepper
Glaze
2 cups orange juice
1 cup apricot jam
1 tablespoon onion soup
Heat 350

2 bowl or zip-top bag, sea bass marinated in lemon juice, salt and pepper for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Transfer the baking dish, two fish. Discard the marinade.
3 Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
4 means the same time, prepare the glaze. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine orange juice, jam and onion soup mix. Bake another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
5 Pour glaze sea bass. Bake for 10-15 minutes
